With faith and family as my driving force, I find purpose in guiding a property into becoming a true home for my clients. As a La Cresta realtor, I am committed to clarity, strategy, and steady advocacy aligned with each client’s goals.

Over the past several years, I’ve built experience across leasing, valuation, development potential, and the sale of properties both expansive and intimate in scale. That range has shaped a practical understanding that no two properties or clients are ever the same. Each transaction carries its own timing, its own story, and its own opportunity.

My transition into real estate came during a deeply meaningful season of life while expecting our daughter, following a long career in the legal field. That foundation continues to inform how I work today—through careful due diligence, structured thinking, and a focus on anticipating issues before they arise so the process remains as seamless as possible.

I’m especially drawn to the long view of property ownership on the Santa Rosa Plateau—how land is lived on, improved, and passed forward. Beyond transactions, I value the relationships built along the way and the trust that develops over time.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy time at home with my family, hiking the trails of the Santa Rosa Plateau, and staying connected to the rhythm of the community. As a member of the La Cresta Neighborhood Committee, I am involved in shaping and supporting local events that strengthen connection among neighbors.

I love where I live, work, and play—and I bring that perspective into every client relationship.

Instagram post Best ending to the summer concerts 2026 🤠 #summerfun #grandoakrealty #LaCrestaRealEstate #concerts #fun Grand Oak Realty Instagram post One of the highlights of our evening at the @natureeducationfoundation Summer Concert was watching Layla bopping from friend to friend, and stopping for a chat with Ranger Rob—one of her besties. One of the things I love most about this community is how our friends become our children's friends. They grow up surrounded by kind, generous people who freely share their knowledge, stories and love of nature. What a gift. The Summer Concerts on the Santa Rosa Plateau are truly one of the highlights of the season. They bring us together on warm, balmy evenings—neighbors, friends, grandparents, little ones, and everyone in between. For a few hours, we slow down, catch up, laugh, listen to great music, and just enjoy being together. There is nothing quite like seeing our community come together with horses, flags and floats. Wishing everyone a memorable Independence Day! #LaCresta #GrandOakRealty Grand Oak Realty Instagram post The Santa Rosa Plateau Market: Then & Now In 2003, the median home sale price on the Santa Rosa Plateau was $782,500. Through June 2026, the median closed sale price has reached $1,799,980 — an increase of approximately 130% over the past 23 years. So far this year, 23 properties have sold, putting 2026 on pace for a sales volume similar to 2024. While the number of transactions remains well below the frenzy of 2021, property values have continued to show remarkable strength. The Plateau market has seen its share of ups and downs. Values peaked during the mid-2000s, declined through the recession years, then steadily recovered before accelerating sharply after 2020. Today, demand for acreage, privacy, views, equestrian properties, vineyards, and custom estates continues to support pricing, even as buyers have become more selective. As we move through the remainder of 2026, well-prepared and properly priced properties are still attracting serious buyers. Inventory remains limited, and unique properties continue to stand apart from more traditional suburban markets. The biggest takeaway? Every property on the Plateau is different. Views, usable land, improvements, water, horse facilities, guest homes, orchards, and overall presentation can have a significant impact on value. Curious what your property may be worth in today's market?
